Her anatomy is a little awkward. The knuckles on her right hand (our left) are a bit lumpy. On top of that there is no transition between arm and hand. The wrist is meant to be much thinner than the hand and slightly thinner than the arm.
The shading makes finding the light source a little confusing. On top of that it is a little flat, shadows exist on other places than just the edges of things.
Overall this is a very cute design. Keep practicing.
